Hi, i recently installed a rainmeter skin but for some weird reason the title of the song does not display.. can anyone help?

dunno if its the right part but according to the help thing, this part:

Substitute="[Paused]":""," - Winamp":""
should be making the skin display the song title but somehow it doesnt work... can anyone help please? thanks
