To anyone on Vista who is having problems with Rainmeter not loading any configs on startup; this has to do with the protective nature of Vista not allowing programs to save stuff in their own Program Files\Something-folder.. You could go for 2 solutions:

- run Rainmeter as Administrator
- copy the Rainmeter to some folder outside the Program Files-folder and run it from there


I experienced this problem and couldn't find the solution here, and as my bright mind came up with it, I thought I'd better put it here for the "less bright and lazy"
