The Rainmeter's help for the web parser plugin has this:

Proxy
Name of the proxy server. The plugin doesn't support any authentication so it's possible to use only servers that does not require it or you need a some different way to authenticate yourself to the proxy server.

Ok, now I know the plugin.
I added a key for my proxy (in the example below was replaced by xx), but I can't able to have the weather updated.
The section of my Hud theme is:

Code:

[MeasureWeatherRSS]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\WebParser.dll
; updated weather ~15minut
UpdateRate=90
Proxy=xx.xx.xx.xx:29291
Url=http://xoap.weather.com/weather/local/#dest1#?cc=*&unit=#SCALE#&dayf=6
RegExp="(?siU).*(.*),.*(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)
(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)(.*)"
StringIndex=1
IfAboveValue=0
IfAboveAction=!execute [!RainmeterHideMeter MeterIconNA][!RainmeterShowMeter
MeterIcon][!RainmeterShowMeter MeterTempZitra_Lo][!RainmeterShowMeter
MeterTempPozitri_Lo][!RainmeterShowMeter MeterTempPopozitri_Lo]
[!RainmeterShowMeter MeterTempDnes][!RainmeterShowMeter MeterTempZitra]
[!RainmeterShowMeter MeterTempPozitri][!RainmeterShowMeter MeterTempPopozitri]
IfBelowValue=2
IfBelowAction=!execute [!RainmeterShowMeter MeterIconNA][!RainmeterHideMeter
MeterTempZitra_Lo][!RainmeterHideMeter MeterTempPozitri_Lo][!RainmeterHideMeter
MeterTempPopozitri_Lo][!RainmeterHideMeter MeterTempDnes][!RainmeterHideMeter
MeterTempZitra][!RainmeterHideMeter MeterTempPozitri][!RainmeterHideMeter
MeterTempPopozitri]
;Debug=1
;--------------------------------

Someone have more info on how to exit trough my proxy ?

Ciao

I tried also with RSS news with the proxy and the debug log is:

DEBUG: (00:01:35.266) Refreshing (Name: "HUD.Vision\White\RSSReader" Ini: "RSSReader.ini")
DEBUG: (00:01:35.485) WebParser: Fetching URL: www.releaseinfo.net/ri/rss.php
DEBUG: (00:01:35.610) WebParser: Finished URL: www.releaseinfo.net/ri/rss.php
DEBUG: (00:01:35.610) WebParser: Matching error! (-1)

What means it ??

Thanks,
Massimo

It means that the reg exp didn't match with the data that was read from the web page. You can use the Debug keyword to display the data the server returns. Note that some servers might have flood protection so they might return error if you poll them too often.
