TOPIC: Problem in adding a new calendar in Windows 7

Problem in adding a new calendar in Windows 7 4 Years, 6 Months ago
I have a curious problem in Windows 7. I cannot add a new calendar because the windows where I am supposed to select the ics file is way too small, about 1/4 of the same window in XP.

I tried to edit rainlendar2.ini directly, adding the calendar entry form XP:
Code:

[iCalendar\ Format/Google-kalenteri]
Filename=C:\\Program Files\\GCALDaemon\\google.ics
Monitor=1

But this will not work, either.

Weird bug. Is this on a netbook or normal computer? What version of Rainlendar are you using? Does the same happen with the latest beta build?

It is a netbook, Asus EeePC T91MT. Rainlendar version is 2.6 (b82)

The beta version produces the same peculiar small window, unfortunately.

What about manually adding the calendar? Can it be done at all?

I figured out what was missing from rainlandar2.ini. Further down the file, there is a section where calendars are listed. This must be updated, like so:

Code:

Calendars]
Count=2
[Calendars/Calendar1]
Name=Google-kalenteri
Plugin=iCalendar Format
Enabled=1
ReadOnly=0
SuppressAlarms=0
VisualCategory=

Now I have a working calendar! The window problem remains, however.
