Is it possible to get RL to display more than one clock/time zone?

Yes and no. Which skin are you using?
If you're using Shadow4: right click -> options -> skins -> advanced -> add two or more clock from available skins to active skin. On each digiclock, click on Options, and change the time zone.
If you're using Chromophore: there's no option (yet).
Are you using another skin?

Rainy: the analog clock doesn't have a timezone. The only missing thing is the variable %Timezone% on skin.xml and timezone="%Timezone%" on clock.xml

Actually I am using a mix of skins - Shadow4 for most stuff plus the Analogue clock from Chromophore (as there isn't an analogue in Shadow4). I added two more digi clocks and edited the timezone as you suggested and it works.

one follow up question - is it possible to add a name/title to a clock (EG London, Vancouver, Paris etc.)?

Hi, I'm using customize.org/rainlendar/skins/63524
along with this edit customize.org/rainlendar/skins/67484
that allows for multiple digital clocks.

Can anyone please help me set different timezones
for the additional digital clocks?
It would be useful for me to have Manila, Tokyo, Taiwan, and Seoul displayed in addition to my local time. As you can see, all five of my clocks are set to my local time I would greatly appreciate any help or advice, thanks much!

Recommended that you use the 'World Time' which is in 'Addons for Shadow4 skin'.
It supports customize four time zone.
