Hello,

Yeah yours is different then mine ... I have no "icalendars" .. maybe I need to install them ... could that be it??

I mean ... does'nt rainlendar come with calendars?? Shouldn't it have a at least a default set??

Thanks again

There should always be an "icalendars" option when you click the add button. You don't need to install icals, just tell it where you want it using the wizard.

Hello again,

I can see this being a issue ... (that is disabling SELinux). I will try to look into it further .. unless somebody already knows how to add Rainlendar to an SELinux exception list .. well then that would be terriffic.

Thanks again

Post edited by: NiceGuy12, at: 2007/01/28 13:29

Hello,

Here is my Solution:

To allow rainlendar and have SELinux enabled:
1. Goto: Administration -> Security Level and Firewall
2. Select: "SELinux" Tab
3. Expand SELinux Policy
4. Expand Memory Protection
5. Check "Allow all unconfined executables to use libraries ..."
6. Done!!

You may or may not have to reboot .. to be honest I forgot .. but I did reboot, just not sure if it is required.

Adding a calendar is pretty strainght forward after that as the default calendar now show up.

Take Care and Good Luck
