Re:How to add an event?? 7 Years, 11 Months ago
Hello again,

I right click on the calendar ... select Options, then click on the Options Tab ... this screen has two empty areas separated by a "Add" button:

Two Areas:
1. Calendars
2. Settings

When I click on the "Add" button, a new prompt appears asking me to select a calendar .. but I have none. I'm a little hazy on If I am required to download some, or if I am jus missin something here.

If I do have to get some, where should I place them (AND any reccommendation on where to get them).. the "Add" prompt does not have a "browse" capability si I am unable to braose my filesyatem to locate any??

Thanks again

Post edited by: NiceGuy12, at: 2007/01/23 17:11

Sounds odd, it doesn't sound familiar. Here are some screen shot as to what it should look like.

I'm having the same problem, there's no "Default.ics" file.
I was thinking of copying it from my Win XP box, but I don't know where to place it in FC6?

Have you checked the Rainlendar's log for possible error messages? Could the reason be the same as this:

That was it, I disable SELinux and did a re-install and it works.

I still got an error message in the log file "Error: can't open file '/home/JimB/.config/.rainlendar2/license.r2lic' (error 2: No such file or directory)" but it seems to be working fine.

EDIT: I installed the lite version.

Post edited by: JimB5640, at: 2007/01/26 23:17
