hey there everyone ,i have a couple of questions.

1-can rainlendar sync with yahoo mail ?

2-why on rss feed even that u dont see the text ,it is still clickable ? ,check the ss and u will know what i mean.

i made 2 different skins to show the problem more clearly.

Are the location, width and height correct in your skins? Did you try adding AddSkinRectangles=1 in the ini file to show them in the window?
What do you mean with "check the ss"?

.as u can see from the screen shot the w & h are correct (they don't show up out of the permitters i already made)
.i dont know where should i put the AddSkinRectangles=1 (there is only lua and xml & if its in the xml then where should i put it ?)

I thought you're referring to Shadow4 skin (hence the ss)

Add that line to the rainlendar2.ini file in the user folder, right after the "[DefaultSettings]".

About Yahoo Mail, I found something:
In the Calendar window, click on Actions, then Share...
In the popup select iCalendar

Here's a picture but on a Spanish version, so I hope the site is worldwide and the order be the same:


The only trouble is that is read-only. I mean, looks like there's no way to send an event to the calendar (unless I missing something).

its okey no prob ,anyway

1-i think i know the problem ,in the rss xml there is (y2="%RSS_height%") maybe thats why even if i changed the height in the settings window ,the text is still clickable (because it follows the original height & not the modified one)

2-i dont know how the cal option will help sync yahoo MAIL with RL ,all i need is a code that tell me how many are the unread emails on my yahoo ,and if there isn't any ,it will display 0 instead ,so is this possible ?

2 - Did you want to sync the calendar or the mail from yahoo? The calendar is easy.
But if you want to know how many unread mails do you have, I think Rainlendar isn't the best app.
Using a script, I doubt it. If Rainy add it as an option... then someone will want the same for Outlook, and for Gmail, and..., I doubt it too.
