TOPIC: "Today" and "Tomorrow" in event list
#23429
"Today" and "Tomorrow" in event list 1 Year, 10 Months ago
Ok, here's a little thing that would make me love Rainlendar even more than I already do, which is a whole lot. On the events list, if I select "default" for "Event list header format," then today's date lists as "Today," tomorrow lists as "Tomorrow," and other dates farther in the future list as things like "Wednesday next week." If I change the format to "%A %#m/%#d," then all the days list as things like "Friday 1/22."

What I'd really like, in an ideal world, would be a combination of these. I'd like today and tomorrow to list as "Today" and "Tomorrow," and then all OTHER dates to list in the "%A %#m/%#d" format. That would save me the, what, probably 100 milliseconds it takes to look at a date, look up at the calendar, and figure out whether it's today or tomorrow. So, small point, but it would be really nice. Any way to do that? I'm using the Shadow4 skin, and I'm comfortable with tweaking XML files if that would help.

I should add that I wouldn't be asking about such trivial things on the forum if the developer hadn't been so incredibly responsive to my previous questions. So you have only yourself to blame.

Try with %HS instead of %a.

In event list headers it's also possible to use these format codes:
%D
The number of days from today
%HS
The first part of the standard header (Today, Tomorrow, Monday, ...)
%HE
The rest of the standard header (next week, in 2 weeks, ...). This might get weird results if the string is localized.
%HF
The full standard header (Monday next week, Last Friday, ...).
