Can't post to forum (except for this) 6 Years, 6 Months ago

I've tried posting something last night and this morning, but everytime I get this 406 error message
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /cms/index.php could not be found on this server.
Any suggestions?<br><br>Post edited by: DaveG, at: 2006/11/07 06:04

Seems to be related to the web server's security settings. What was it you were trying to post?

I was just posting something about synchronisation.
I had links to scheduleworld.com and image links to livejournal.com

I don't have a direct access to the web server so I cannot tell what kind of security settings they have set up. You can try to post without the links (or modify them somehow).

Rainy, I Have tried a lot of different modifications of my post for you to post here, but none work.
What is most strange though is that I tried posting a version that had no links, no BB-code at all, and I still got the same error (and I'm not using any foul-language either!).
Perhaps put this one down to computer-strangeness ?<br><br>Post edited by: DaveG, at: 2006/11/11 04:28

One more try ...
Just wondering what you use to Sync your PIM data with ?
(For reasons other than this post) I've done a chart of what I use:

Unfortunately, it's not a completely free solution. Mobile Master for synchronising my phone (with Palm Desktop), and Synthesis for Synchrosing my Palm (with ScheduleWorld.com) are both trial-ware.
ScheduleWorld.com is what I use to feed RainLendar and Mozilla with a password protected iCal feed, and this site is free. It's also under development, but is at a usable state.
Just out of interest, could the Pro version of RainLendar cut out the need for **** ?
