alarm on startup 8 Years ago
I have Rainlendar set to "enable on startup" but when there is an event on a day and it is set as an "All Day Event" the alarm popup doesn't show on startup. I have the alarm box checked. Is that not possible in Rainlendar2 or do I have my settings wrong somewhere. If I open the event manager and double click the event to edit it the alarm popup shows.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Can you attach one of such events?

Hi,
I'm not sure exactly how you want it attached but let me know and I will be glad to. Yesterday I set up a new calendar and set a "Test" event for today (all day, alarm checked, "default" category). When I booted up this morning there was no alert. I played around with it a little to see what I might be doing but nothing except what I have already noted. I don't know if it matters but I am running XP 64 (it didn't seem to matter on the old Rainlendar). I have tried with the default skin as well as one that I have been working on but the same result.

If you create a new event on today, does the alarm pop up immediately?
If you then quite Rainlendar without dismissing the alarm and start the application again does the alarm pop up again?
What is the value you have in Options->Advanced->HideFromAlarmAfterDays?

I seem to be working today...I set up a new test event last night for all day today and the alert screen came up this morning when I booted up. I am not sure what, if anything I did differently.
