Originally used it with 32 it XP, and no problems, Then used it with 64 bit 7 Ultimate, and no problems. Suddenly, it just would not load at startup with the 7 64 bit, and that is where it stands now.

i tried 32bit and 64bit both，it still can't startup.

So, Rainlendar is listed as a startup program in the msconfig but yet it doesn't start? I have no idea why this could happen and I'm also not able to reproduce the problem myself so I don't know how to fix it.

Since downloading the newest version, Rainlander now starts normally. I don't know what changes have been made, but it solved my problem.
