One hour added to event time 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago
|
|
|
Whenever I add an event Rainlendar automatically adds one hour to both the start time and end time.
I would be obliged for any assistance. I make do at the moment with subtracting an hour from my intended start and end times knowing that Rainlendar will add the extra hour, but that is far from satisfactory.
Please don't assume any knowledge whatsoever on my behalf if you reply, because I have none.
Thanks.

Are you using the latest version of Rainlendar (v.2.7)? If you are please tell where you are from and what your time zone is.

I am using the latest version and I'm in Scotland which would be GMT + 1 for summertime. My system time clock auto updates and is correct.
Even though I type the time for the event at the correct start and end times it has frustratingly changed when I check by clicking on the relevant date in the calendar, and added the unwanted hour.
I should add that I have rainlendar on a second laptop and that performs correctly. I even tried copying the .ini file from the working calendar across to the problem one but the fault still persists.
Thanks.

I am having exactly the same issue. I'm also in the UK. I have downloaded the app again but it is still the same

muncy: Just to clarity things: you are running the latest version of Rainlendar (v2.8b91), you have daylight saving time enabled in your operating system (Windows?) and when you create a new event to Rainlendar (native event instead Google calendar or Outlook) and set the start time to 12:00 Rainlendar will show it as 13:00? Is this what happens with you?
