This is for anyone who likes to use Rainlendar to sync with their Google calendar, but would also like to sync their tasks to Google calendar as well. This cannot be done directly, but there is a sort of workaround in 3 easy steps!
(This assumes that you already have a Google account.)
1. If you don't have a Remember the Milk account, create one by signing into remember the milk with your Google account at:
http://www.rememberthemilk.com
2. Set up Rainlendar to sync with Remember the Milk
-If you don't know how to do this:
a. right click on Rainlendar and select options
b. click on the Calendar tab on the left
c. click the Add button, and select Remember the Milk from the new window
d. when you click next it will open a browser and you must login to Remember the Milk and authorize Rainlendar to access it
e. after authorizing, type in the name of the task list you want to sync
f. enter a name for the new calendar and click finish
3. Go to this page:
http://www.rememberthemilk.com/help/answers/about/googlecalendar.rtm
Follow the instructions on that page to set up Remember the Milk to sync with your Google calendar.
...and you're done! Now when you add a task to Rainlendar it will sync with Remember the Milk, which will then sync it with your Google calendar.
Hope this helps some people out!
