Do you enter the time manually or choose from the list? Can you tell what is the exact time format you are using? Can you attach a screenshot?

Hi:Reply to Rainy,i am using the 12hr format and the after noon should show as 1pm,1:15pm 1:30pm 1:45pm 2:00pm etc instead of 01:00pm,01:15pm,01:30pm etc.Don't you agree?Thanks oldstumpy /home/john/Pictures/Workspace 1_001.png

Ok, so the leading zero is the problem? The screenshot didn't come through so I don't know which place you are referring to but you can set the Options->Advanced->Time Format to "%#I:%M %p" which should get rid of the leading zero in most places.
