TOPIC: Outlook and Rainlendar

Outlook and Rainlendar 2 Years, 10 Months ago
My previous installation of Rainlendar was on a Windows XP laptop with 32-bit Outlook. When offline, my Outlook entries were still visible in the calendar.

My new laptop is Windows 7, still with 32-bit Outlook. When offline, my Outlook entries disappear.

I checked the FAQ and found the entry for "Can I see my online events also when I'm disconnected?". The problem is that I can't find the "keep offline copy" in the Outlook Calendar Options.

What am I missing? Did I do something wrong?

The keep offline copy option is available only in network calendars. Are your Outlook entries on Exchange server somewhere? Are they shown in Outlook when you are not connected?

No, I can't connect to Outlook outside of the office without going through the VPN, which I don't normally do.

But, if that's the case, why were the entries visible on my old XP laptop? I had the same setup regarding the VPN and Outlook.

Can you send me the Rainlendar's debug log? I can check if there are any errors when the Outlook events are read. You can send the log to Rainlendar's support email address.
