Wont reinstall into Ubuntu 12.04 2 Years, 7 Months ago
Have been using "Rainlender 2" for some time now, 3 months ago I gave up using Windows altogether imagine my delight when I found out my favourite program works in linux as well. It has been working ok until now but, I have been trying to work Kubuntu and Unbutu off the same Home partition, when I tried to re-install rainlender for the new Kubuntu install thats when it dissappeared completely off both OS's and I couldn't fix it.

So now I have a fresh install of Ubuntu with a fresh home partition, it seems to install ok using the software centre but there is no folder in \.config or \. I have also installed it via the Terminal using

wget www.rainlendar.net/download/rainlendar2-pro_2.9.b111-1_i386.deb

sudo dpkg -i rainlendar2-pro_2.9.b111-1_i386.deb

sudo apt-get install -f

yet I still can't find any rainlender folders, has something changed. Could you point me in the right direction please. I'm no expert.

If you run Rainlendar from the terminal do you get any errors?

/usr/bin/rainlendar2
