My Rainlendar startup automatically on desktop.
I use Ubuntu, Xubuntu and Mint, but only in Xubuntu that question popup every time, even I remove tmp-file. Is there solution to remove that question?

If you are sure there are no other instances running you can start Rainlendar with the "--multiple" command line argument to disable the check.

If you start Rainlendar from the terminal you can also give the command line argument to the application. Like this:

Code:

rainlendar2 --multiple

You should also be able to give the command line arguments in the Linux settings dialog where you defined that Rainlendar starts automatically in startup.
