TOPIC: Outlook calendar does not refresh
#19043
Outlook calendar does not refresh 1 Year, 4 Months ago
I'm using Rainlendar Pro and have my Outlook calendar added to Rainlendar.
I noticed Rainlendar doesn't refresh that calendar.
Default Poll frequency is 0. I set it to 10 mins but no success.
Is this a bug?

Do you have the "Keep MAPI connection alive" setting enabled? Can you run Rainlendar in the debug mode and send the debug log to me when you make some changes to your Outlook calendar. Use the Rainlendar's support address and include a link to this forum thread.

"Keep Mapi Alive" is enabled. I've send you the log.

I have the same problem but it does not appear that you have published a solution. I paid for the pro license specifically so I could sync with my outlook calendar. How do I get it to update and sync?

The problem here was that the Outlook events were shown in Rainlendar but the changes were not automatically updated from the user's second Exchange account. Not sure what exactly was causing the problem since the log just showed that Outlook returned an error when the change notification was subscribed.
