ICS file size limit in Apache? 3 Months, 1 Week ago
My rainlendar.ics file has grown to 1MB in size now (over 6 years of use...Thanks Rainy!) and now although I can download the file, I get an upload error. Does anyone know where I can change the Apache settings to accept a file over 1MB in size? (I don't want to cut the size because I use this for history).

thanks in advance.

It's probably controlled by the LimitRequestBody setting. In might be useful to create a second calendar file though where you start to enter the new events. You can keep the old file as read-only calendar in Rainlendar so that you can still see the old events. The benefit is that with the new file uploads go faster since there is less data to transfer.

Good idea Rainy. I'll give that a shot. I'll simply create 2 copies of the existing calendar, rename it to archive, and use the 2nd copy as the base for the new calendar by deleting everything but the recurring events that I still use. Trust all is well. Have a great summer!
