I have version 2. There is no sub-folder for the skin. I dragged the Darkness v1.1.r2skin file over Rainlender and a message said it was installed. It created a 1 file in the skin folder. This is a copy and paste from the log file:

19:56:32: [0:00:00.110] ERROR: File/folder "C:\Program Files\Rainlendar2\skins\Darkness v1.1" is not a Rainlendar skin.
19:56:32: [0:00:00.110] ERROR: File/folder "C:\Program Files\Rainlendar2\skins\Darkness v1.1.r2skin-addon" is not a Rainlendar skin.
19:56:32: [0:00:00.110] ERROR: File/folder "C:\Program Files\Rainlendar2\skins\Darkness1-1.zip" is not a Rainlendar skin.

The zip, addon and the folder shouldn't be in the skins folder. Just the Darkness v1.1.r2skin file.

Where should those other files be? I don't see any other Shadow4 files.

You don't need them after the skin has been installed. And the zip shouldn't be in the skins folder in the first place. The r2skin installation goes like this:

- Download the Darkness1-1.zip and save it to your desktop.
- Open the zip and extract the Darkness v1.1.r2skin to your desktop.
- Double click on the Darkness v1.1.r2skin to install it.
- Refresh Rainlendar and select the skin from Options-&gt;Skins.
- Delete Darkness v1.1.r2skin and Darkness1-1.zip from your desktop.

Ok, I did all that and the skin didn't change.

So, you selected the installed skin from the options, clicked ok and nothing happened? No error messages? Was the skin options in simple mode?
