Auto changing background monthly? 7 Years, 7 Months ago
Is there a way to automatically change the background .png depending on the month? Lets say I want a snowman type .png for the 3 winter months. And like flowers or something like that for the 3 spring months. Or even better like have it change for every month. Thanks for any help.

If you are making an xml-format skin you can create an image that has 12 frames and use the <month> element to display it.

Thank you, but I know nothing about xml.

So I think i understand about the .png. Say I was making a calendar that was 150x150. The .png would have to be 1800x150 with the 12 months in the 150x150 grids.

But the xml I was looking at in the Shadow skin made me loopy. Can anyone show me a generic xml code I need to use?

EDIT: I was able to find a skin that did what I wanted and was able to change it to my liking. It didn't use the xml, it use the ini which I understand a little bit<br><br>Post edited by: Larod, at: 2007/04/20 05:54
