Delete only one instance in event series bug 2 Years, 9 Months ago

You can't delete one event instance in a series of events, doing so still shows the event in Rainlendar and in Google calendar. If you delete the instance in Google calendar, it still displays in Rainlendar. Deleting the instance again in Rainlendar after deleting in Google doesn't work either, it still displays that instance.
Using 2.8 b93 for mac.

I can't reproduce this. I created a weekly recurring event and deleting one instance from it works both in Rainlendar and in Google Calendar.
Please attach the event and tell me what your timezone is.

The event started 2/7/2010 at 12pm and ended 2/7/2010 at 1pm. Alarm 5 hours before. Repeat every 1 week (on Friday) forever.
I just discovered the issue, it's month view causing a bug again. Attempting to delete in "Month View" wouldn't take hold, I turned to the day (tomorrow) in "Day View" and deleted the instance and voila! It correctly added the exception date to the event recurrence and removed it from the view.

Yes, there seems to be something wrong with the Month View. I'll fix that.
