In Linux the rainlendar folder config is:
Code:

$HOME/.config/.rainlendar2

What's the sense of hide rainlendar2 config folder if it's already inside a hidden folder!?
This isn't a Linux standard.

In Windows and Mac the folder is the same. And Windows doesn't hide folder starting with a dot.
Maybe because you can set ~/.rainlendar2 ?
