TOPIC: Configuration file is not writable
#15339
Configuration file is not writable 3 Years, 1 Month ago
Hi

When starting my Acer laptop (WIN7) I always get the message:

The configuration file is not writable:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Rainlendar2\rainlendar2.ini

Make sure that it has correct permissions.

You won't be able to store any settings permanently.

I have the free version and it works perfectly on my PC (WIN-XP pro and an old laptop also with XP.)

Regards

You cannot store the settings to Program Files folder on Windows 7. You need to remove the rainlendar2.ini file from there and let Rainlendar to store it to the default location in your home folder.
