Recurrence exception date lang prob? 7 Years, 8 Months ago
I am using the latest (2.0.2b32) and I added a couple exception dates for a recurrence, but not sure if what is shown is normal for english.

Thanks...

Post edited by: sholmes1, at: 2007/01/04 07:58

Maybe you are using an English Rainlendar on a Dutch Windows XP?

No, I am using English for everything. That is the only place that I noticed that. I am also just using the Shadow skin.

Hmm, my question was based on the fact that the Dutch word 'maandag' means 'Monday' in English, as you maybe know already.
If you are sure everything (Windows, Rainlendar, Skin) is in English, the question is were comes the Dutch word from?
The only thing I can think of, is that you are using an English Windows version, but the country settings are Dutch.
See Start > Configuration > Country settings in Windows.

Thanks for the translation. I did not know what maandag ment. I checked in the Control Panel in Regional and Language Options. Regional Options...English (United States) Location - United States. Test Services and Input Languages - English (United States) and Advanced - United States. Everything is set to English. I have used the exception date before and did not have this problem. It started when I loaded 2.0.2b32.

I'm running out of ideas now...
There must be something in that version that 'thinks' that the long format of the date must be showed in Dutch, because 'maandag', 'november' and 'juli' are Dutch (or Belgium) names.
It must be a bug, but a very strange one...
I hope Rainy can clearify this.
