Yes, because it forgot to decode the strings to UTF-8, you can install following addon (inside the zip file) which fix it :

Try setting "weather language" as "en-gb".

I am running Rainlendar Lite 2.1 with the StaticaEN_HUD_Edit-weather skin posted on this thread by anoob. I can't get weather window to work with certain cities--Manchester UK, Atlanta GA, Houston TX, Little Rock AR all work. But St. Louis MO (my city), Dallas TX, Memphis TN, Kansas City KS DO NOT work. By "not working" I mean the weather window just says "Refreshing...". I am getting codes from here:

tiempo.ar.msn.com/local.aspx

All I am changing in rainlendar is the city code--for instance this works:

weather.msn.com/RSS.aspx?wealocations=wc:USAR0336%26weadegreetype=C (Little Rock)

but this does not:

weather.msn.com/RSS.aspx?wealocations=wc:USMO0787%26weadegreetype=C (St. Louis)



Apart from moving to one of the cities that works, any ideas?
