Remote ical events showing up as [unregistered] 7 Years, 3 Months ago
I have just moved one of my calendars to a remote server. Now all events from it show up as unregistered. Local calendars remain fine.

I am a reigstered user and I have followed the 3 steps in the FAQ and they all check out fine.

Was it working before or is this the first time you are trying to use the network shared calendars? Can you send the debug log to the support address (Click the Contact link in this website)? You can enable debugging by starting Rainlendar from the "Debug Rainlendar" shortcut in the program folder.

This is the first time, I went "ohhh rainlendar will connect to remote icals now!" and dug out my credit card and only now have gotten around to moving my calendars to a remote server.

Will get some debug for you when i get back from work.

Yay for debug logs. Once I looked there the problem was obvious - the license was not installed to the programs config directory. Once this was fixed all became good. Not sure why it was not working before. One possible reason, and general note: My User area is not in c:\documents and settings. c:\documents and settings\draconas is a very lonely folder inhabited only by things that have documents and settings hardcoded.

Anyway all is good, sorry to have troubled you, I'll know about the debug log for next time.
