Seems my remote server where I host my ical files has gone down again so rainlendar can't connect to them and has to load the backups instead.
I happen to be spending 10 mintues away from my PC whilst it is trying to do this connection. When I got back I had 75 dialog boxes up from rainlendar up saying it cannot connect to the various icals.
I admire persistence, but given that the dialogs seem to respond very slowly (the nearest analogy is that they respond as if someone is using up most of the cpu), would it perhaps be feasable to give up after a while? (for reference i have 5 remote icals it connects to). After trying to close 3 of them manually i ended up opening task manager and killing the process.
