Every time I quit the program, Rainlendar2 forgets the skin I'm using, where the windows should be, what info to display for tasks and events, and my hotkeys.

Luckily, it remembers my tasks and events

Any ideas what's wrong? Registry settings? Application Data folder problems?

Does the C:/Users/<yourname>/.rainlendar2/rainlendar2.ini file exist? Does it contain any settings?

Post edited by: Rainy, at: 2007/02/08 09:44

That folder does not exist, let alone rainlendar2.ini.

I tried reinstalling, but it still doesn't exist.

Post edited by: bartkusa, at: 2007/02/12 04:47

If the folder does not exist then where are your events stored? You can check that from the Options->Calendars.

I have had the same problem, wich is caused by the fact that you have to provide yourself with the rights to edit an installation folder.

It's quite annoying, but here's what I did to fix it:

Right click the installation folder and select properties -> security.

Then choose "Users (you\Users)" and pick allow at the topmost item; full control.

Hope it helps!
