TOPIC: plugin error when launched within dropbox

plugin error when launched within dropbox 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago
greetings, it seems rainlendar doesn't take too kindly to being run inside dropbox.
i suspect it might have something to do with the bracketed folder path. when launched, i get the attached error message (see img)

when viewing the log file, however, the double slashed folder path seems to be corrected:

14:49:12: Error: Failed to load shared library 'C:\Users\faustus\Dropbox (faustus)\WINDOWS\applications\rainlendar\plugins\CalDAVPlugin.dll' (error 126: the specified module could not be found.)
14:49:12: [0:00:00.082] WARNING: Invalid plugin: CalDAVPlugin.dll

any suggestions?

Maybe Dropbox is locking the file or something? Anyway, you could try it so that do a local installation of Rainlendar and have just the data files on the Dropbox folder. You can change the location of the events file from Options->Calendars and if you want to share the settings too you can use the "--config" command line argument to tell Rainlendar the location of the configuration file.
