Dunno if it's my fault or it's a bug.
I wanted to move the settings file to the correct Windows XP location, which is not the one used by default. Infact the default location for app settings is \documents and settings\user\application data. Instead Rainlendar uses a .rainlendar in user directory, which is non standard (i usually backup the app data dir to backup, everything works but i had to write a backup setting just for rainlendar).

I found in the FAQ the -c switch to change the settings location, which actually works fine to workaround the problem. But even if the settings are correctly read and wrote in the new path, the log and backup folder are still written in the default location, they're not following the settings. This is the bug i think. I'm using version 2.1 b38.

The users home folder is used instead of the application data folder because it works in other platforms too. There are separate flags for the log and backup paths (-l and -b).
