Time bug 6 Years, 6 Months ago
Windows XP SP2, Rainlendar v.2.3, any skin with specified time zone.
I found this bug during testing of Vitrum08 for different time zones.
Used c o d e for specified time zone hours:
time id="CET.time" align="TOP-LEFT" x="79" y="87" element="bitmap.num-mini.white" format="%H" timezone="+1" DST="0"
Result:

#1
Time zone +1 (Paris).
System date&time 12Apr2008 22:30
Autoadjust clock: on
Daylight Saving Time is actual (i.e. GMT+2)
Rainlendar timezone="+2" DST="0" shows 23:30 (1 hour extra)

#2
Time zone +9 (Tokyo).
System date&time 12Apr2008 22:30
No adjustments.
No Daylight Saving Time.
Rainlendar timezone="+9" DST="0" shows 23:30 (1 hour extra)

Thanks for the example. It seems that I have to implement a custom calculation of the timezones and DST to get this sorted out properly.
