Download a new localization file ( for the language that you want to add ). Double click it and it should open with Rainlendar2. If it doesn't use the OS options to tell it to open with Rainlendar2. The new locale will install by itself. If you are trying to test of a locale that you created then you have to put the files in a folder with the name of the locale inside the locale folder which is located in the Rainlendar2 installation folder.
