Same here in Minnesota. Not the usual "?" for missing icon, just a big empty spot.

Pretty easy fix. Just pull up google weather and right click on the icon(s), open in new window. Now substitute the window name for the old one in elements.xml.
After about 2 days I had most of the icons renamed to the new convention.

The skin is updated so the icons should work again.
