Changes:
o The windows stay visible with Aero peek.
o Some of the colors in the old ini format skins were messed up. Fixed.
o Playback of the alarm file was synchronous on other platforms than in Windows. Fixed.
o Recurring Outlook events which were originally created as all day events but which had time defined did not have time in Rainlendar. Fixed.
o The windows were not redrawn properly if the same event or task was read from multiple calendars. Fixed.
o Mouse wheel didn't work with the grid calendar. Fixed.
o Added week and day views to the Shadow4 skin.
o The event descriptions in the schedule view can be shown/hidden from the advanced settings.
o Setting task completed will now dismiss its alarm also.
o Changed the way "On Desktop" works in Snow Leopard. The windows are not put to desktop anymore but stay in place when Exposéd.

I just had a short look at the new week-/day-function: Great! Thank you very much for implementing this!

There is a graphical glitch though with two events that take place at the same time (week-view). The text of the first event is not wrapped. If needed I can provide a screenshot. (one is categorized as "Party" and the other one as "Event")

After changing width and hight of the week-viewer this behaviour vanished.

What do you think of adding a forward- and back-button to the week-viewer. This way you could better plan the future week(s). Thank you for considering.

Adding an option to exclude categories/calenders would be another idea. I guess things will pop up bit by bit, while working with this wonderful tool.

I was able to reproduce the problem with the event text. I'll fix that.

The forward and back buttons will also be added to the views. It was already planned but I didn't have time to implement them yet. You can now use arrow keys from keyboard to change the weeks but I just noticed that they don't work at least on the Mac version.

The include/exclude settings (in Options->Skins) for the window should already work for the week and day views too.

Here are some further ideas:
Since the week-view is rather large, could you add the option to add a keyboard shortcut to toggle the visibility of a specific element (calendar, week-view, time, etc...)? This would be very handy.

Would it in general be feasible to more easily resize single elements? For example adding a tiny rectangle in the lower right corner of each element that by clicking enables the user to directly change the size of this element? (low priority)

And something a little more far fetched: What do you think of creating a printable version of the week-view? To give you an idea of what I mean take a look at this link (random data!): LINK (low priority)

I am not sure whether this is a beta issue:
The first element always is lacking of the icon (see screenshot).

The hotkeys can be used to change the visibility of a single window too but you would have to create a lua script which toggles the specific window. Alt + number works too but the focus must be in Rainlendar when the key combination is pressed.

Support for resizing and more options for printing are in my backlog too so they will be implemented eventually.

The menu issue is weird since it happens only when the menu is opened the first time. I tried to debug the issue a while ago but could not figure out the reason for the behavior. I'll be upgrading the 3rd party libraries soon so hopefully that will fix the problem.
