Autocomplete is probably doable. I'll check that. Currently the category images are created only once and cached for performance reasons which is the reason the day doesn't change unless you refresh the calendar.

After upgrading to this beta I have been having problems adding Google calandars and task lists to Rainlendar. After filling in the email and password forms and clicking "Select Calendar" I am met witht he following error:

"Google Error (Dummy)!
Unable to download the task lists.
Server returned result: (0) 403 Forbidden.
aliy Limit Exceeded"

However if I keep hammering at their server I sooner or later find success. I do have the two step authentication set up on my Google account requiring me to get an application-specific password if that might relate to the issue.

Hope this helps in some way. Thanks for all your hard work Rainy!

The error means that the quota reserved for Rainlendar has been exceeded. I've requested more quota from Google but no word yet...

Ive test this beta in vmware with win 7 64 bit and the 64 bit rainlendar.

With google ive encountered that creating event in rainlendar can reset the reminders on other events.

Used a google account with empty calendar and managed to reset reminders to just pop up window. This does not always happen, but once is enough.

Is this a known error?

edit. Maybe somewhere in the settings, but the pop up alarm window appears for events that finished a week ago

The alarm will be changed for events if they are modified in Rainlendar (this includes also dismissing an alarm). You can change the way Rainlendar handles the Google event alarms from the calendar's settings (Options->Calendars). You also need to dismiss all alarms in Rainlendar even if you have already done it in Google's website since there is no way to read the dismiss state from the Google's event.
