The widget addon: Shadow4-Widgets.r2skin-addon

This is beta version! It has not been tested.

Note: The wxWidgets update caused all kinds of issues so this probably isn't very stable build. Use with caution.

Changes:
o Added support for CalDAV.
o Updated the icons in the options dialog.
o Changed the numeric edit controls to spin controls in the event and task editors.
o Added large version of the calendar window to the Shadow4 skin.
o New Google tasks were not updated correctly to the offline copy which created duplicates.
o Changing the value of "Show tray status icons" could not be done.
o Skin settings were not saved correctly if there were multiple instances of the same window active.
o Skin details show also the version history for the skin.
o Added event handlers for enabling/disabling calendars and refresh & quit Rainlendar.
o Updated to wxWidgets 2.9.4.

After updating to this build (Windows 7, 64 bit) I get an error message: MSVP100.DLL is missing. Huh?

I added the missing dll to the zip files. Try downloading it again.

Some issues I found:
* The lists from categories dialog and settings dialog are outside the frame.
* The translation of "Hotkey" can be bigger than the tab width.
* All added categories are stored with normal font colors. I remember having troubles with the categories when I made it. So, I had to accept that they can't be stored in the same place as the normal.

Problem found and fixed.

I'll change this so that the text will get wrapped if it contains a space or otherwise it will be cut (with "...").

I forgot all about the custom categories. I think I have to add a functionality to the category templates so that you can target them to a specific skin window.

You actually shouldn't see those assert error dialogs. I probably didn't compile the wxWidgets library with correct flags. Anyway, I think I found what caused the problem with the foreign characters in the path. I'll fix it in the next build.
