Can you attach an Outlook's event which shows the problem? Save it in Outlook Message Format (*.msg).

I've attached an event here with the same problem. The event occurs every Wednesday night, but appears on Tuesday in my calendar.

I've attached the event. Also, I don't know if it helps, but I'm in the US Mountain Time Zone.

The problem with the weekly recurring events was that Outlook set the weekday according to local time although it uses UTC in the other places. Try with build 34 to see if it works better now.
