Check that the "Suppress alarms" isn't set to Yes in the Options->Calendars.

It works perfect but sometimes I had some issues with alarms...mainly when I created or edited event or task in Rainlendar to be saved in Outlook...but I am not sure if it is not an Outlook problem...but it does not matter, it works great...

Just a little suggestion:-) Would it be possible to open Outlook task or event directly by clicking on event in Rainlendar window and not to use a rainlendar window?

I have seen something like that here: www.carthagosoft.net/desktask.htm
