also a RTM problem:
I don't know if I am making some kind of mistake but Rainlendar shows the priority of my tasks backwards as in RTM, high priority is displayed as low and vice versa.

Thanks, I got it!
I installed the add on from Desktop, but my desktop folder has been renamed to Chinese "Lb".
So Rainlendar couldn't accept the file path.

Yes, the priorities seem to be reversed. I'll fix that.

Rainy: it seems the Private checkbox is not working properly. The Private checkbox is checked but when I go into Outlook and view it, the Private option is not enabled.
Will you please look into this.

True. It seems that setting the private property for the appointment isn't enough for Outlook. I'll check if there is some other property which needs to be set too.
