Hi, often use the "to do" list to write down and remember things.
But I also change a todo item often, to keep track of the progress and still see text of that item.
And I always have to do:

- open todo (because it's long I need to open it in a window)
- update text with latest progress
- hit OK to be sure to not loose the changes
- reopen todo (start again )
- ..

It would help me really much to have an Apply button on the Todo edit screen (maybe also on event one).

I've seen you said it can't be done in settings, but I think in todo/event window it's easier. Isn't it?

If you want to apply the changes without closing the dialog you can use the File->Save for that.

I've been using Rainlendar for years and my brain was filtering out that file menu from my view.
