Consistency in response requests 2 Years, 5 Months ago

Hi,
Some user response requests are Yes/No , others are Save/Discard, etc.
Does it make sense to make all queries consistent (such as Yes/No) so that it becomes natural to just hit Y or N instead of having to remember S, D, etc.
Thanks,

If you use keyboard shortcuts then perhaps yes. However, if you are used to click the buttons (like most people are) it's more clear to have the name of the action in the button instead of just Yes/No since their meaning can differ depending how the question is written.

Yeah, I'm oldskool keyboard person.
I agree - The question should be designed so that a Yes/No response can be used but overall it does seem to me that it makes it easier.
For example - Save/Discard can be renamed to 'Continue without saving' Y/N...
Anyway that's my opinion but you have feedback from many people so it's correct to look after the majority.
