Thankyou for replying Rainy
One feature that I love about Rainlendar that I cant seem to find on other Android Calendar Apps is the category/colour feature, it allows me to see at a glance certain appointments/To Do's that pertain to a particular job or field. As I run 2 business's and also have a job this is a great feature!
Quote. Other applications aren't compatible with rainlendar's categories.
I'm a Rainlendar Pro user. I don't see the rainlendar colors and icons on my phone because other apps don't support them. On the other hand, when I add an appointment on my phone, I will have to add the category later from the windows client, which is very inefficient. An android app would be very helpful and I would gladly pay for it.
Rainy, I actually think an app would help make a dent in your finances because people pay a lot more willingly for apps than for desktop software. Imho it would even be profitable to ditch the rainlendar lite/pro distinction, give out the desktop client for free and sell the app for 1.99 €. The increase in user base would probably more than compensate for the decrease in profit per user. Everybody has a mobile client these days, and having a calendar on your desktop device but not mobile defeats the whole purpose. Just my 2 cents.
Anyway, bottom line is I'm rooting for an app.
