It would be useful to have a checkbox to allow the option to hide an event (i.e. exclude it) from showing in the events window.
I'm suggesting this as I have found myself wanting to add an entry as an event but resisting the idea as I don't want to clutter up the upcoming event window with trivial entries (i.e. entries that I don't need to see coming up).
For example, I might want to add an entry for a TV show so I get an alarm when it's on so I don't miss it if I'm in but I wouldn't need or want that entry to appear in the upcoming events window as it would expand the window unnecessarily and clutter up the display making it difficult to spot important upcoming entries.
Actually, instead of a checkbox, maybe it would be better to give the option of saying how many days in advance an entry appears e.g. only appearing on the day the entry is due.
