It would save a lot of work if the calendars present in Windows Calendar would automatically get added to the list of calendars in Rainlendar. They are stored as iCalendar files in the user's homedir, like so:

The file Settings.xml describes the list of calendars present as well.
Having them added correctly would enable having both convenient access to the task list on the desktop by using Rainlendar and convenient access to edit events with Windows Calendar, which has a week view.
All that is required is adding the calendar properly in Rainlendar, which is currently a manual process. Windows Calendar properly deals with modifications from Rainlendar and vice versa.
