Coloring events without category 1 Year, 11 Months ago

Goodevening,
I created a custom configuration for the Chromophore skin.
In there are several categorys are defined.
Now i am in the situation that events get added to my calendar without a category.
I want those events to get noticed, so would like to give them a seperate colour in the calender, 'on mouse over event text' and the eventlist.
I have tried, i think everything, but can not get the job done.
Anyone got an idea or suggestion?
Regards dikkydik

How are events added?
Why they are added without a category?
Added by script or manually?
If the events are added manually, by another user who don't know about categories or something like that, the only solution I can think is create a category called e.g. "[Uncategorized]", change the visual category of the calendar to this category and set the option "Visual category overwrites -> Only uncategorized"

That is no solution to my problem.
Only an alternative method to assign a category anyways.
The origin of the event is not relevent.
I could even forget to assing a category to the event.
In other words:
If it is possible, i would like to know how to color these events.
I am not looking for a workaround to assign a category regardles of the way the event is created.

The only alternative option I can think of is to create multiple calendars, set the visual category for them and write the events to different calendars depending on what kind of color you want to use.
